A backup is only worth having if you can trust it. These are the commitments behind every Vaultelix backup.
Our commitments
Read-only access
We only ask for access that can read your files. Vaultelix never changes or deletes anything in your account.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Your files are encrypted on the way to your backup and while they are stored.
Storage of your own
Every client’s backups are kept in their own dedicated storage, never shared with anyone else.
Protected from deletion
Your backup only ever grows. Our systems can add to it but can’t delete from it.
Private by default
We don’t browse your files. Restores go straight to you through a private, time-limited link.
Monitored and tested
Every backup is monitored, and we regularly test that your files can actually be restored.

Certifications
Vaultelix doesn’t currently hold SOC 2 or other certifications, or offer HIPAA agreements. If you handle regulated data, talk to us first.
