We send simple step-by-step instructions for each service, with a separate section for your IT person if you have one.
Backups run on schedule
Automatically, on the schedule you chose. Your folder structure is kept, and Google Docs, Sheets and Slides are saved as Office files.
Ask for anything back
One file or a whole folder. Ask us, and we send you a private download link.
After setup
What happens from then on.
The first backup
Copies everything in the folders you chose. We let you know when it’s done.
Every backup after that
Runs on its own, on your schedule. You don’t need to do anything.
When something needs you
If access changes on your side, we tell you exactly what to fix.
When you need something back
Email us, and your files come back as a private download link.
